Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 to all 78 municipalities in Puerto Rico and all 50 U.S. states.

Estimated delivery times:

Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days after processing
United States (Mainland): 5–10 business days after processing

Please note these are estimates and may vary based on postal service conditions.

Where We Ship

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
We do not offer international shipping for this drop.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

DELWEST is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. We are not liable for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
